Foster Care Coordinator
We are looking for a volunteer who will recruit, interview, train, and provide general support/guidance to foster parents.
The Foster Care Coordinator is responsible for the following:
- Regularly checking email in order to send prompt replies to current and prospective foster parents
- Conducting phone interviews and home visits to assess prospective foster care providers
- Regularly soliciting updates from current foster parents to determine if the foster animal is ready for adoption
- Posting ads to recruit new foster homes as needed
- Coordinating the pick-up and drop-off of foster animals for meetings with potential adoptive families
- Communicating regularly with other members of CARE management

Volunteer Recruiter
We are looking for a volunteer who will recruit and interview prospective CAREgivers and special projects volunteers.
The volunteer recruiter is responsible for the following:
- Regularly checking email in order to send prompt replies to prospective volunteers
- Scheduling and conducting phone interview/orientations to provide information to and assess prospective volunteers
- Scheduling training sessions
- Organizing and coordinating special volunteer projects
- Posting ads to recruit new volunteers as needed
- Communicating regularly with the Facility Director about current volunteer needs

Adoptions Coordinator
We are looking for a volunteer who will communicate with and evaluate potential adoptive homes, and also
coordinate the adoptions process.
The volunteer recruiter is responsible for the following:
- Regularly checking email in order to send prompt replies to prospective adoptive families
- Working with other members of CARE Management to evaluate potential adoptive families
- Scheduling and conducting phone interviews
- Scheduling and coordinating the initial meetup with the animals and their potential families
- Conducting home visits to assess the potential adoptive home
- Advising adoptive families on proper introductions for the animal and his/her new home
- Organizing and bookkeeping of all adoption related paperwork
